At Once Upon My Story, every book is uniquely created just for you. Because you can preview your book before deciding to purchase, all purchases are considered final once placed.
Our Products
- • E-book (Digital Download) — An instant digital copy of your personalized storybook.
- • Book Editor Access — The ability to edit your story text and regenerate illustrations.
- • Hardcopy + Amazon Publishing — A printed paperback version of your book, published and fulfilled via Amazon.
What This Means
- • Due to the customized nature of our books and the full preview provided prior to purchase, all orders are non-refundable once submitted.
- • Hardcopy Top-Up Exception (Pre-Print Only): If you added a Paperback top-up and your order has not yet been submitted to print, we will refund the Paperback top-up fee.
- • Damaged Hardcopy: If your printed book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.
