• • Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.
• • Usage Data: We collect basic usage data such as pages visited and session information to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• • Create and deliver your personalized storybook. For a printed book, we share the book file and the delivery name and address with our print partner (and, only if you purchased the Amazon listing add-on, with Amazon) so the book can be printed and shipped to the address you gave.
• • Process your payments.
• • Communicate with you about your orders and account.
• • Improve and maintain our service.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Photo Handling

Your privacy regarding uploaded photos is important to us:

• • Photos you upload are used only during the story creation process to generate your book's illustrations.
• • Photos are automatically deleted from our servers once your book has been generated.
• • We do not retain, share, or use your original photos for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

• • Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
• • Generated Books: Your storybook content is retained so you can access and download your books. You may request deletion at any time.
• • Photos: Deleted automatically after story generation.
• • Payment Records: Retained as required by applicable law and for our legitimate business records.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• • Access the personal data we hold about you.
• • Correct any inaccurate personal data.
• • Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
• • Request removal of your Amazon listing if you purchased the optional Amazon listing add-on, by contacting us. Printed books without the add-on are never listed anywhere.
• • Opt out of any marketing communications.
